Three members of the Detroit Lions defensive secondary were injured in Sunday’s heartbreaking loss to the Chicago Bears. And while only Justin Coleman is officially out (placed on IR) for their Week 2 matchup against Green Bay, the status of the other is not looking too positive.
OSU rookie Jeffrey Okudah and veteran Desmond Trufant, as well as Coleman, all suffered hamstring injuries to open the season, making the Lions’ secondary quite thin. And going up against Aaron Rodgers, who looked to be showing signs of his vintage MVP self against the Minnesota Vikings, that spells trouble for Detroit.
