GREEN BAY – Before making his Pro Bowl debut this Sunday, Packers receiver Davante Adams is confirmed to participate in the third-annual NFL Pro Bowl Skills Showdown this Thursday in Orlando, Fla.
The event, airing January 25 at 8 p.m. CT on ESPN, pits players from the NFC and AFC against each other in dodgeball, a gauntlet relay, precision passing drills, catching footballs dropped from dones and a best hands exercise where two receivers from each conference catch a series of passes at a sequence downfield.
Adams was added to the Pro Bowl roster last week as an injury replacement for Atlanta Falcons receiver Julio Jones.
