Davante Adams, Packers' leadership council helping buy into Joe Philbin

Not only has Adams become the first Packers wide receiver since Sterling Sharpe to record 70 receptions and double-digit touchdowns in three consecutive seasons, but he topped 1,000 yards for the first time in his career and currently ranks tied for sixth at his position in yardage.

Adams has taken the leap to being the Packers' undisputed No. 1 receiver, as well as frequently showing up in many of the general public's "top-five wide receivers" lists.

But for the first time in his professional career, Adams will need to adjust to something out his control: A head coaching change.
