When Davante Adams gets the football, good things happen. That has been the case all season long for the Green Bay Packers, and it happened again early in Sunday’s game against the Detroit Lions.
The Packers’ defense gave up an opening-drive touchdown to the Lions, but Adams made sure that Detroit’s 7-0 lead would not hold up for long. After catching a quick pass for four yards on the Packers’ first offensive play, Adams and Aaron Rodgers hooked up on a perfect back-shoulder pass two snaps later.
But what Adams did with the football after making the catch is truly remarkable.
