De'Vondre Campbell went from a seeming afterthought as a free agent to an NFL All-Pro.
The Cypress Lake graduate who sat on the free-agent market until the Green Bay Packers signed him in June for one year at $2 million, received the first All-Pro selection of his career Friday.
Campbell has been one of the Packers’ best players on defense all season. Along with leading the team with a career-high in solo tackles (102), he made big plays week after week: two interceptions, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery, two sacks, six quarterback hits and six tackles for a loss.
