Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers insisted Friday that he legitimately would have taken the job hosting “Jeopardy!” had it been offered to him earlier this summer.
While that would have undoubtedly been tough scheduling-wise — as the reigning league MVP is getting ready to enter his 17th season this fall — Rodgers told Mad Dog Sports Radio’s Adam Schein that he wasn’t worried about the conflicts.
The longtime "Jeopardy!" fan was more than willing to make it work.
“Yeah, I definitely would have [taken the job],” Rodgers said. “I mean, if they would’ve figured out a way to make it work with my schedule, yeah for sure.
