I was listening to a Brewers postgame show recently when I heard the host mention if Matt LaFleur continues to peak at the NFC title game, he will be out of a job.
At first, I didn’t believe it. I mean, I would argue that Packers head coach Matt LaFleur is one of the best young coaches in the league with a shiny 39-10 regular season record and a decent 2-3 playoff record.
But then I thought some more.
If LaFleur continues to put up double-digit regular season wins, but wilts in the postseason, the Packers would have another Mike McCarthy.
