Le’Veon Bell has been a constant thorn in the Steelers’ financial side.
And now he is up to his same old antics by threatening to sit out half the season to preserve his body for 2019 so that he can still get top dollar as a free agent.
The 26-year-old wants to be paid as a No. 1 running back and a No. 2 wide receiver. I get it because Bell is trying to be a trailblazer. Bell has played 90 percent of Pittsburgh’s snaps the last two seasons and that includes the 139 plays the Steelers asked him to pass block.
