Well, we have our initial 2023 Packers Roster, and across the decisions they made that might raise an eyebrow or two, there was one predominant theme - UPSIDE. The Packers are clearly building for the future over the current. That doesn't mean they aren't trying to win in 2023 - they most certainly are. But they're going to do it with players that show the potential to be something special in the future instead of those players good enough to make rosters and hold down a spot, but never good enough to be real impact players. The Packers are all-in on YOUTH, UPSIDE and POTENTIAL.
