It was pretty easy to look at the secondary before the season and point to it as the strength of the Chicago Bears defense, maybe one of the best position rooms on the entire team.
You wouldn’t know it coming out of Sunday’s 38-20 loss to the Green Bay Packers when quarterback Jordan Love, in the second start of his career, looked like a seasoned veteran. The Bears provided a nice soft start to the season for Love, who completed 15 of 27 passes for 245 yards and three touchdowns playing without his best wide receiver, Christian Watson, who missed the game with a hamstring injury.
