There’s only one real choice for the game of the week in college football this Saturday. The World’s Largest Cocktail Party is this weekend, with the Florida-Georgia matchup historically claiming that nickname. As always, the game will be played in Jacksonville, where the two teams have met almost every year since the inception of the SEC in 1933.
This year’s game is special, however, as both teams are ranked in the top ten. This will be just the sixth such matchup, with the last coming in 2008. That year, #5 Florida blew out #8 Georgia 49-10, giving the Gators a 3-2 record in games with both teams ranked in the top ten coming in.
