Higgins tied for the most receiving touchdowns in Clemson history with 27, equaling a mark set by NFL standouts DeAndre Hopkins and Sammy Watkins.
Higgins helped lead the Tigers to a national championship in 2018, when he had a team-best 59 catches for 936 yards and 12 touchdowns.
