Clay Matthews, Same Barrington refine roles at inside linebacker

Green Bay— It's hard to imagine any NFL team last year spending more than a camera flash's time trying to figure out where A.J. Hawk and Brad Jones were going to line up and how it was going to block them.

The tandem was so bad it could be skimmed over.

A year later, the Green Bay Packers have a five-time Pro Bowl selection and a young, natural inside linebacker all but penciled into the starting lineup for the Chicago Bears opener Sept. 13.

"Unfair," defensive tackle Mike Daniels said on the second day of training camp.
