Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow went through a significant portion of his normal pregame warmup before Saturday's preseason opener against the Green Bay Packers. Even though Burrow isn't expected to play, he provided the most encouraging update since he strained his calf during the first week of training camp.
Burrow went through his typical pregame progression of throws, going all the way up to slinging 50-yard deep balls down the field. Afterward, Burrow did sideline-to-sideline sprints and he wasn't wearing a brace over his left calf.
