Green Bay — Every year the Green Bay Packers elect team captains for the playoffs, a position so honorable that even in this dress-down era, the men put on a suit, tie and a smile for their team captains photo.
This season the Packers once again return numerous veterans who will seamlessly fill those leadership roles from every corner of the locker room except one: Jarrett Bush's. He had represented the Packers for the last five years as a playoff captain on special teams.
The give-every-effort Bush turned what might have been a bit role as a backup defensive back into a nine-year career in Green Bay because he was a force on special teams every time he streaked downfield on game days and ran up stadium stairs on off days.
