Curtis Bolton’s second NFL training camp will be very different from his first.
Last year at this time, he was riding kids’ bicycles to practice. He was getting ready to play in preseason games. And — in the event he hopes to avoid repeating — he tore his ACL in one of those exhibition games.
This year, camp is drastically different due to the coronavirus pandemic, and Bolton is starting out with a PUP designation due to his continued recovery. But Bolton’s decision to return rather than opt out of the season was not one he took lightly.
