Cheese Curds, 6/4: Packers get back to work after scary moment in charity softball game

It was a scary scene at Fox Cities Stadium in Appleton on Saturday. The Green Bay Packers’ annual softball game, this year co-hosted by Clay Matthews and Davante Adams, was supposed to be a fun event for Green Bay Packers fans to raise money for charity. However, it turned ugly when Matthews took a Lucas Patrick line drive off the face and was sent to the hospital.

For most of the Packers’ roster, however, it’s back to work today as the team resumes OTA practices this morning with a public practice.
