Though the Green Bay Packers’ roster is largely set, the tweaking never really stops. Perhaps more than his predecessor, Brian Gutekunst has shown a willingness to make moves no matter what date the calendar shows, shuffling his roster to find just the right fit or add just a little bit of value.
That willingness paid significant dividends last year when the Packers added Tyler Ervin and Jared Veldheer around midseason, providing much-needed juice to their punt return and offensive line.
The point is, just because the draft is over, free agency is a distant memory, and the actual start of the season is still on some vague, potentially far-off horizon, the Packers might still have some moves to make.
