At first glance, it does not appear that the Green Bay Packers’ 2020 draft class will have a significant impact in its first year. The first pick was a quarterback who will sit behind a future Hall of Famer. The second pick is a running back who projects as a third-stringer as a rookie.
Going farther down the list, it’s difficult to find a player who will be a significant contributor as a rookie. Maybe Josiah Deguara can do it, but he will likely be learning multiple positions and is still seemingly behind a few players on the depth chart at his primary position of tight end.
