Without question, Jaire Alexander is one of the more vibrant and unique personalities that the Green Bay Packers have had in recent memory. From his sunglasses to goat yoga to videobombing unsuspecting local sports reporters, Alexander never fails to come up with something unexpected.
Last year, unfortunately, the unexpected antics were less amusing. First was Alexander skipping all of the Packers’ spring workouts, which are voluntary but which also cost him a $700,000 workout bonus. Then there was the situation late in the season when he named himself a captain, called the coin toss, and nearly cost the Packers a possession — and did cost himself one game as the result of a suspension.
