The coronavirus lockdown has forced people all over the world to get creative with their situations at home. That includes NFL players, who have been forced to figure out their diet and workout plans at home while waiting out the period until they can return to team facilities, hopefully sometime this summer.
For some players — the highly-paid ones who have mansions and full home gym setups — this isn’t such a difficult time. But players who are earning the league minimum, players who have been bouncing around between practice squads and active rosters — players like Allen Lazard of the Green Bay Packers — figuring out how to keep their bodies right can be a major challenge.
