Cheese Curds, 2/23: There are plenty of free agent options for Packers’ secondary

One position where the Green Bay Packers have struggled to maintain consistency in the past few years is at cornerback. With so many draft picks at the position in the past half-decade plus big changes due to injuries and losing players in free agency, the team’s starting group has had very little continuity year over year.

Meanwhile, the safety position has some question marks as well with Morgan Burnett hitting the market and Ha Ha Clinton-Dix needing a big bounce-back season.

While the possibility of adding players to the secondary via the draft remains in 2018, there appear to be a number of intriguing options for the Packers in free agency.
