Cheese Curds, 1/24: No changes to Packers’ scouts for now; Linsley embraces charity work

While the big news of Wednesday morning revolves around the Green Bay Packers’ finalized coaching staff, there are still plenty of other news items circling around the team. For example, while one portion of the team’s staff is going through a massive upheaval, another is staying consistent for the immediate future.

The latter is the scouting department, which now falls under the purview of new general manager Brian Gutekunst. Don’t expect any changes to that staff for the time being, however, even though there have been two high-profile departures from a group. Eliot Wolf and Alonzo Highsmith’s titles may be filled eventually, but they won’t be for the time being.
