The NFL has lost one of its legends, someone who was as great a person as he was a player and a coach. Kevin Greene, the Hall of Fame pass rusher, passed away on Monday at the age of 58.
Although Greene officially has the third-most sacks in NFL history as a player, Green Bay Packers fans will remember Greene as the team’s outside linebackers coach from 2009 to 2013. Greene came to Green Bay in 2009 along with defensive coordinator Dom Capers, who was the Pittsburgh Steelers’ coordinator during a portion of Greene’s playing days.
