The Arizona Cardinals apparently have some depth concerns at cornerback as the prepare for their preseason opener this week on Saturday. According to Cards Wire's Howard Balzer, the Cardinals reported three workouts on Monday's NFL transaction report.
They brought in cornerbacks Delonte Hood, Zyon Gilbert and Quandre Mosely. Mosely was cut last week by the Green Bay Packers.
The Cardinals have two known cornerbacks hurt, although the specific injuries and severity are not known. Second-year player Kei'Trel Clark missed multiple practices last week in training camp and Max Melton, the Cardinals' second-round pick this year, did not practice on Saturday during the team's Red & White practice.
