Packers right tackle Bryan Bulaga has passed his latest physical and is now cleared to begin practicing in a limited capacity, coach Mike McCarthy announced in his Friday morning press conference. Bulaga will come off the Physically Unable to Perform list immediately.
McCarthy had previously stated that Bulaga would be expected to be ready for the opening week of the regular season, but had not previously indicated when he expected Bulaga would be ready to start practicing again.
This is big news for the Packers, who get back a player who is one of the league's best right tackles when he's able to stay healthy.
