While Green Bay’s injury report hasn’t officially dropped for Friday’s practice, the San Francisco 49ers have already announced that a few of their key players will not be suiting up against the Packers on Sunday. According to 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan, San Francisco will be without quarterback Brock Purdy (shoulder) or defensive end Nick Bosa (hip, obliques) when they play at Lambeau Field.
Purdy was able to finish the game last week in the 49ers’ loss to the Seattle Seahawks. He even began the week as a limited participant before undergoing an MRI on Thursday and dropping out of practice entirely on Friday.
