The Green Bay Packers have officially shored up the wide receiver position. Adding three receivers in total in the 2022 NFL Draft was something that many fans saw coming, though it hasn’t been done since 2018 when Brian Gutekunst selected J’mon Moore, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, and Equanimeous St. Brown. That isn’t to say that this is unusual for the current circumstance, it needed to be done this year after the departure of star WR Davante Adams. Samori Toure spent a few good years with the University of Montana before sitting out the 2020 season, and finally going on to play for Nebraska in 2021.
