You probably haven't heard of linebacker Tom Cousineau, the first overall pick in 1979 who spurned Buffalo to play in the CFL. But in 1982, the Bills traded Cousineau to the Browns for three draft picks, including the No. 14 overall selection in 1983, which was used to draft Kelly. You might have heard of him; he's in the Hall of Fame after leading the Bills to four consecutive Super Bowl appearances in the early 1990s.
