A running joke over the past decade or so has been that the Minnesota Vikings are quick to snatch up former Green Bay Packers players. However, today it is a different NFC North rival who is signing someone who played in Green Bay recently.
This time, the team is the Chicago Bears, and the player is tight end Justin Perillo. The report comes initially from ESPN’s Field Yates before the Bears confirmed the move.
Perillo bounced around from the Packers’ practice squad to the active roster over the past three seasons, playing in 19 games.
