Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy recently spoke to the media at the NFL Combine and spoke specifically about a few of his players who are heading towards free agency. He was asked about Nick Perry, T.J. Lang and Eddie Lacy and, paraphrased, he said that he thinks highly of those players (referred to Lacy as a core player) and would like to have them back. His words were "we'd like to have all of our free agents back".
McCarthy did qualify that comment with that he didn't have any solid information about which players the Packers would target to bring back.
