Green Bay — On the fifth offensive possession against the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday night, tight end Andrew Quarless was the recipient of a pass from quarterback Aaron Rodgers for the first time this season.
A streak of more than nine full quarters without a catch was snapped.
Quarless made his entrance to the stat sheet when Rodgers offered a play-action fake on first and 10 from the 23-yard line, ran a bootleg and threw a short pass over the middle. One target, one catch, 7 yards for Quarless, who is now in his sixth season with the Green Bay Packers.
