At a Friday youth camp on the same Knoxville Catholic High School field he once dominated, Green Bay Packers wide receiver Amari Rodgers reflected on his rookie season, what it's like playing with Aaron Rodgers and his expectations for 2022.
On his first year in the NFL
Though he appeared in 16 of 17 games, Rodgers saw limited playing time in the Packers’ offense, playing just 10% of offensive snaps and catching just four passes for 45 yards. Most of his touches came as a returner on special teams.
With a short turnaround from his final season at Clemson to rookie training camps, Rodgers admitted the extended regular season and playoffs wore him down.
