About getting out of Peru just before the coronavirus shut down the airport: Rodgers and Patrick left for Peru in early March and had planned to spend another week in Chile, but as coronavirus developments changed rapidly during their first few days in the Andes Mountains outside of Cusco, they realized they would need to cut the trip short.
