The first part of Rodgers’ career was defined by an uneasy relationship with Brett Favre after the Packers took Rodgers in the first round. Rodgers took over for Favre eventually. Rodgers knows how it works better than anyone.
This year there has been scuttlebutt that the Packers could take a quarterback, perhaps in the first round. They haven’t shot down that idea. Who knows if the opportunity will present itself, but Rodgers is prepared for it either way.
