Calvin Jones, a member of the Green Bay Packers' Super Bowl XXXI-winning team, has died, according to the NFL.
He was 54.
Jones played his third and final season in the NFL with the Packers in 1996, a year that ended with Green Bay winning their third Super Bowl championship.
He played in just one game for the Packers and did not have a carry.
After a spectacular college career at Nebraska in the early 1990s, Jones was a third-round pick in the 1994 NFL draft. He spent the first two years of his career with the Los Angeles/Oakland Raiders and appeared in 15 games before joining the Packers.
