NFL Free Agency is officially here, and the next few days will feature several Green Bay Packers rumors. The Packers have yet to make any notable moves, but that will likely change at some point. With that in mind, here are a few of the more interesting rumors and news tidbits on the Packers.
James Starks Visiting Patriots?
The Patriots have Dion Lewis and James White at RB right now, but that's it. They're in the market for another player, and it could be James Starks.
Some #Patriots visitor today, along with Chris Hogan: RB Benny Cunningham, #Packers RB James Starks, TE Clay Harbor.

Starks would be a tough loss for the Packers, given that he outplayed Eddie Lacy for most of last season. While the Packers would want Starks back, he might get more carries in New England. Lacy has reportedly lost the weight he needed to and the Patriots don't have first and second down back. Expect Green Bay to try to keep Starks, especially since they missed out on Matt Forte.
Scott Tolzien Generating Interest?
Tolzien has played in six games as a backup QB, throwing one TD and five picks in mostly garbage time. However, the free agent is generating interest.
Been told that #Packers QB Scott Tolzien is making a visit to the #Colts today. The #Bears are also showing interest in him.

The Packers have had Tolzien since 2013, but they won't keep him if price becomes too high. Brent Hundley, a draft pick from last season, could be ready to take over as the backup.
