Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy is looking to reorganize his coaching staff's gameday duties for the 2015 NFL season, including giving up play-calling duties, per Ian Rapoport of NFL Network:

Bennett's takeover of the offensive coordinator position will put him in prime marketing position for head coaching opportunities down the road, with Clements moving into the role of associate head coach and play-caller:

McCarthy hopes that such a reorganization of his staff will keep his coaches from being overlooked for HC gigs in the future:
