The Green Bay Packers are one of just two teams so far in the 2015 NFL free agency period who haven't added a player from another team over the first four days of the open market.
The Baltimore Ravens are the only other team who have not added personnel who suited up elsewhere in the NFL in 2014. Pittsburgh was on that list before the Steelers inked veteran RB DeAngelo Williams to a two-year deal on Friday.
Green Bay's only actions this offseason have been to re-sign three of their own free agents: receiver Randall Cobb, tackle Bryan Bulaga and quarterback Scott Tolzien.
However, regardless of all the fervor surrounding free agency over the past few days, the Packers are more of a draft-and-develop franchise than anything, along with being in prime position to compete once again in 2015 with the roster they already have.
