Packers News: Wide receivers from 2013 NFL Draft gone by season's end?

In Packers news tonight, the help for the wide receiving corps that the Green Bay Packers picked up in the 2013 NFL Draft may be a non-factor by the time the end of this upcoming season rolls around.

In his recent mailbag for ESPN.com, Rob Demovsky was asked about the wideouts left from last year's draft, and whether they would be completely replaced by season's end:

There's only one of them left, seventh-round pick Kevin Dorsey. He remains on the roster and is expected to be healthy after spending all of last season on injured reserve (toe). However, it probably is not a good sign for him that the Packers drafted three receivers this year. The other 2013 receiver draft pick, Charles Johnson, left the practice squad to sign with the Cleveland Browns last season.

The Packers drafted three wide receivers in this year's draft, and look to be moving on as quickly as they can from their selections in 2013. With free agency starting to deplete their incumbent wideouts, the Packers could look to this year's draft (and not 2013's) to refortify quarterback Aaron Rodgers' arsenal.
