Packers News: Aaron Rodgers Officially Probable For Cowboys Game With Calf Injury

Despite a slight tear in his left calf to go along with a strain, Green Bay Packers starting quarterback Aaron Rodgers is officially listed as probable and will make the field against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday barring an unforeseen setback.

"Aaron Rodgers came through the practice with everything OK [and] feels good today," head coach Mike McCarthy said, via ESPN.com. "Obviously we're not practicing today, but he's progressing forward, and I feel he will be available for the game."

Rodgers played with the injury for portions of the team's final two games of the regular season, both wins. McCarthy indicates that Rodgers took nearly half the snaps with the first team on Thursday and will be full speed ahead when it comes to the team's gameplan against Dallas.

"He has that experience," McCarthy said. "It's been talked about. We have a game plan. He looks like he's moving fine to me right now. We're not going to change anything or our approach of how we want to attack Dallas' defense."
