The Packers held off the Vikings for their third straight victory. The Vikings hung around until early in the fourth quarter, until Green Bay opened up an 11 point lead to eventually secure the win.
Turning Point: Green Bay took a touchdown drive 87 yards in over six minutes early in the fourth quarter to open up an 11 point lead. Aaron Rodgers flipped to Eddie Lacy who bowled in for the touchdown.
With Minnesota's offense struggling, that lead was enough for the Packers to hold on for a win.
Key Stat: The Vikings sabotaged their upset attempt by recording seven penalties for 77 yards. Minnesota converted on 5-13 third downs and one fourth down, but could not get enough going offensively to overcome their mistakes.
Packers MVP: Eddie Lacy - 25 carries, 125 yards rushing, 13 yards receiving, two total touchdowns.
Lacy continued to roll, punching in both Green Bay touchdowns and setting the tone on the ground.
Vikings MVP: Charles Johnson - three catches, 52 yards and a touchdown.
Minnesota's offense continued to struggle, and Johnson was responsible for one of Teddy Bridgewater's touchdowns, as well as catching a two-point conversion late in the game.
