“Everywhere we’ve been, we’ve tried to create a culture where we have players lead by example,” Barnes said. “We don’t have any magic dust here that we can sprinkle on a guy and make him good. What it takes is getting in the gym, putting time in, listening and understanding that there is more to it than just the physical work.
