No one quite knows what type of drop-off the University of Wisconsin's defense will endure in 2018.
After ranking in the top seven nationally in total defense for five consecutive seasons, the Badgers must replace seven starters on that side of the ball.
One thing won't be a mystery come fall, however. Opposing teams will test UW's young cornerbacks, and how the group handles those high-pressure situations could ultimately be the leading factor in determining if the Badgers can once again maintain a high level of play defensively.
"A lot of it is going to be on us," sophomore cornerback Madison Cone said.
