The Red & Black’s John Durham evaluated four Georgia players to keep your eyes on for G-Day on April 21.
For the first time in years, Georgia fans will not enter Sanford Stadium on G-Day to see Sony Michel and Nick Chubb handle carries. The time has come for the young, talented crop of running backs to take the stage. Elijah Holyfield leads the pack for now, as D’Andre Swift is dealing with a groin injury and will likely not play on April 21. For what it’s worth, eyes will easily fall on Holyfield, who is a punishing runner who rushed for 293 yards and two touchdowns last fall.
