Central Florida running back Cordarrian Richardson plans to transfer to Texas A&M, according to the Memphis Commercial Appeal.
The 6-foot, 248-pound Richardson played in nine games this season, rushing for 161 yards and two touchdowns on 45 carries as a true freshman. He caught one pass for 3 yards.
Richardson, who played at Memphis Trezvant High School, rushed for 1,761 yards with 12 touchdowns as a senior for the Class 2A high school and was named the state’s Mr. Football Division I Class 2A Back — Tennessee has six classifications with the bottom two also having a second division.
