The Oakland Raiders have made free-agent waves in recent weeks for willingly getting older in free agency.
Now, Jon Gruden's "old-school" (and just old) Raiders have willingly cut Marquette King, one of the game's better punters (and undoubtedly its swaggiest).
King, 29, was a second-team All-Pro in 2016 and ranked fourth in the NFL in net punting average (42.7) last season. He has a huge leg — and a huge personality to match. What other punters have celebration dances, not to mention four personal fouls — three unsportsmanlike conduct and a horse collar — over the past two seasons?
