The Bulldogs dominated both ends of the floor en route to the 73-55 win against the Cougars. Earlier in the season, BYU squeaked by with a 58-54 in Provo.
Head coach Lisa Fortier was very impressed with the way her team performed against one of the better teams in the country.
“I think that was our best game that we have played so far this season,” Fortier said.
It was a close game throughout, but the Zags pulled away in the fourth quarter to put an exclamation point on the victory.
The Cougars were held to 55 points, which tied their second-lowest point output of the season.
