The New England Patriots spent more than $200 million in free agency to shore up their defense on Monday, reportedly adding defensive tackle Milton Williams, cornerback Carlton Davis and linebacker Robert Spillane. Fresh off a Super Bowl championship with the Eagles, Williams agreed to a four-year deal worth $104 million, ESPN reported. Davis agreed to a three-year, $60 million contract ($34.5 million fully guaranteed) and Spillane agreed to a contract for three years and $37.5 million ($20.6 million guaranteed), per ESPN. On the other side of the ball, New England also agreed to a three-year, $24 million deal with right tackle Morgan Moses.
