GREEN BAY — Kim Scott was not looking to reminisce.
Other than fondly recalling what it was like to have so many great athletes from a wide cross-section of sporting pursuits around the Camp Randall Stadium area during his era at the University of Wisconsin — “It was an amazing time,” he marveled — the former standout pole vaulter from Madison West High School and UW couldn’t have been less interested in reliving the good ol’ days.
Nowadays, he’s just a proud father of three — to daughter Christi, a five-time Colorado state high school track champion who was a heptathlete at Harvard; son JK, the Green Bay Packers’ new punter; and son Charlie, a sophomore punter at the Air Force Academy — who’s happily enjoying his gig as fan, trainer and dad.
